By using Ratch, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Ratch ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Ratch is a dating application that uses a profile comparison system with ELO ratings to help users find compatible matches. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- •Renewal charges occur automatically to your Apple ID account
- •All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- •Prices are displayed in your local currency (converted by Apple)
- •Applicable taxes may be added to subscription prices
